websites to those that NEED
The site can be created and on the web in under 24 hours and can be developed further as needed until complete. The cost for the basic website design, including email setup and all the "behind the scenes" things needed to create a web site is $479.00. That's it, you are done with the site.
Now
you have to host the site somewhere. That means make it available
for the world to see online. These packages vary greatly depending
on your needs. Most of my SIMPLE website can be hosted for $99.00
annually. If you require additional web server space or more
bandwidth the prices will be more. The bottom line is these prices are a good value.

SIMPLE affordable websites. I found that
most web design companies didn't offer simple website designs and
hosting options. There isn't enough money in it for the bigger
developers. The fact is most people don't need a fancy, flashy
high-end website.

A typical site would cost you $25.00 to purchase your domain name
(the www.whatever.com) if you don't already own a domain name.
For those of you who sign up for a year of hosting
I will include three months of web maintenance at no cost. A
maintenance contract usually runs $30 - $50/month. I charge a $12.00
for normal website maintenance per month, billable quarterly. This
means when changes are needed, they are completed and
included in the maintenance agreement. Or changes and upgrades can
be done on a individual basis.
